Business Language Champions NewsLondon Business Language Champions recognised at national awardsLondon businesses HSBC, British Airways and Hotel La Place were amongst those commended at the national Business Language Champions celebration event on 30 November for the work they have been doing with school students to highlight the links between learning foreign languages and being successful in business. HSBC, whose graduate trainees work with schools across London, won the Business Language Champions award for Outstanding Commitment; British Airways were highly commended in the same category for their work with schools connected with the Flag Award. Hotel La Place’s Hal Jaffer, who has volunteered his time over a number of years to promote languages, was highly commended as a Business Language Champions Ambassador.
