Help with audio phrases

If you cannot hear the sound for the audio phrases on our language pages this may be because you have popups or javascript blocked by your browser.

The sound is played using the online Yahoo Media Player. For this to work you do need popups and javascript enabled in your browser.

In particular, we have had reports that the AOL browser can be a problem:

Pop-Up blocker AOL

AOL Pop-Up Settings give you fine-grained control over pop-up windows. You can choose what settings you want for pop-ups in general. You can also specifically choose to block "rich text" pop-ups, which use enhanced techniques such as animation. Finally, you can choose to accept or block special offers from AOL.

To choose your Web pop-up settings:
1. On the AOL toolbar, click Settings.
2. Under Safety, Security and Privacy, select Pop-up Controls.
3. In the Web Pop-Ups tab of the Pop-Up Control Settings window.

Select one of the following options:
- Allow all Web pop-ups
- Allow Web pop-ups from www.rln-london.com
